Crossroads Transportation, is a planning consulting company certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation as an MBE/DBE and by the Virginia Department of Transportation as an MBE and a SWAM.  

Crossroads staff specializes in working  with engineers, planners, local and state agencies and communities to improve overall mobility.  

Christine Wells, President is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has over 25 years of experience.  
She has spent her career working on projects, programs and policies that link transportation and land use planning. Her particular interest is in planning policies and projects that improve alternatives to automobile travel.

Ms Wells  has worked in all phases and modes of transportation planning.  Her broad range experience with roadway, transit, bicycle and pedestrian planning as well as with land use policy allows her to successfully take on the challenges of improving mobility.
